This business is extremely inconsiderate. I dropped off my winter coat yesterday and confirmed with the owner that I could pick it up within 24 hours. Today, I arrived around 3 PM and was told to return after 5 PM to pick up the item. While this was understandable, what happened next was not. I returned at 5:40 PM, only to find the shop closed—despite their listed closing time of 6 PM. It’s snowing in Atlanta today, so I’m sure I’ll hear that as the excuse. Been going to this dry cleaner for years. Stains, tailoring, they are great at it all and really reasonable. Highly recommend.
Service is always great! She’s very nice and patient. Altered a lot of my clothes perfectly, buttons, hems, and darts. I once forgot my suit there for 3 weeks. I was afraid it’d be gone, but they still had it and didn’t give me a hard time. Highly recommend!
They provide fantastic service picking up and delivering our dry cleaning, they also do a fantastic job of cleaning our clothes. We highly recommend!
The staff are very polite! The changes on pricing are what concern me. I drycleaned 18 pieces, mostly dresses last month, and just dry cleaned again 18 pieces and you charge my dresses as overcoats! They were dresses last month. $257 for 18 pieces is excessive. This is ludicrous! Sorry Carriage you lost a loyal customer!!¡
