Great ENT Surgeon!
On Thursday, I received a text informing me that my daughter has an appointment this coming Monday at 8 AM. This appointment was scheduled without coordinating with us to check our availability. I tried calling the office multiple times the same date, around 10 attempts, in Friday as well, but no one answered, and there was no option to leave a message. Hoy estuve con mi hijo en su primera consulta con el doctor Carreño y la verdad desde el front desk hasta el doctor todo fue increíble me parecieron personas muy amables y educadas, mi hijo tiene 6 años esta programado para cirugía de adenoides en 3 meses espero que con el favor de dios todo salga bien .🙏🏻
Dr CARREÑO was GREAT!!!! I don't have any bad word to say about him. But the very unprofessional and rude office staff specially de OLD woman sitting in the window I have to say a lot. My daughter had surgery May 25 and She had an after surgery follow up June 16. They never call or send message to confirm the appointment but I show up in the office.
