Dr carrel is a savage and does lifelong damage to his patience. He is an absolute menace to society.. I would NOT trust this man. I wish I could post pictures to show you the work that he did on my feet which has left me handicapped and suffering in worse pain than before I saw him.
Dr. Carrel and his staff misrepresented what the costs were for a simple procedure (removing a small wart on my foot). I was told I was paid up after paying $220 for 2 visits and having Dr Carrel squirt some goop on it and put a band aid over it. I was led to believe that I was paid in full. Now they want another $180 for the "procedure". That's for a band aid and a dime sized glob of goop on my foot. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE. They will squeeze you for every dime you have.
