Not Recommended Dr. Carrazco is the doctor that all the newborns see at Mountain Vista Medical Center after birth. My son was born 4 weeks premature and had to stay several days in the NICU for minor issues. Everyday when I would go into the nursery for a morning feeding, the nursery staff would tell me that Carrazco was looking for me to give me an update on my son, and that he would meet me in my hospital room.
