I have lived at carraway for over a year and have been delighted by how well the maintenance team handles situations. I would especially shout out Leon, who never fails to keep us updated on our unit. I truly feel cared about by the maintenance team and always trust they will take care of my home like it is their own. This review is for moving in 2026: Elizabeth was responsive and available throughout the move-in process. Mitchell and Christina were really supportive - especially when movers were late and the google fiber rep showed up at the same time. The entire crew was welcoming and supportive. The apartment was clean at move in- a tiny issue with the fobs malfunctioning but that was quickly resolved. A faint odor in the apartment that has also resolved since moving in. Great amenities and appliances.

Lived at the complex for 2 years and had the BEST experience (only moving out bc job relocation). Highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to live in Chapel Hill!!! The management is very responsive and truly cares about their residents. The community is so welcoming and fun! Sad to leave Carraway and the people here.
I just moved into Carraway and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The entire staff has been incredibly welcoming and excellent to work with from day one. A huge shoutout to Jordan at the leasing office—he truly went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the entire process so seamless. His help really made my decision to move here an easy one. If you're looking for a great place to live with a team that actually cares, this is it. Highly recommend!
