Very nice service, great food and Megan, the bartender was fabulous 😊 One of the best happy hours in the Reston area without having to deal with the parking garage fees 😬
Food was good. Service was very slow. Waited 20 minutes after being seated for our server to even show. Told us there was some confusion over whose tables were whose. It was 8 pm, that should have been established by then.
Online check-in was very misleading! It gave us a 10-15 minute wait time online, so we took our time getting here, only to be told it's a 20-30 minute upon arrival. We would have left right away if that was explained online or in the confirm email. I read every word to be sure we were doing this right.. Seems like the online checkin doesn't save you any time. 😡😡😡 By the time we were called for our table, we were led to a dirty table and were told to stand there while the guy went to get a rag. This Carrabba's is one of our go-to never-disappoints places to have a nice Italian-style meal. The food is always well prepared and flavorful, a great value for the cost, nice apps/small plates and excellent desserts, as well...the sangria blends and wine selection rocks. Service alwasy good and attentive,,,management always visits table...it's a bit of an extra drive from our home but worth it to us
