We ate at the Webster, TX location on Sunday and it was just ok. The soup and bread were great, and I loved our waiter, but management could use some work. My pasta dish was made wrong so my waiter sent it back to be remade. The manager brought it out and literally just dropped it at the table. There were no apologies, no “sorry for the inconvenience,” no “could I get you anything else.” He didn’t even offer me cheese on my remade dish, though he brought it with him. We were on a return trip,gift card from Manager due to unforeseen event. Helen our server was exceptional. Food was delicious as expected. This outing restored our faith in return visits.

I love Carrabba’s! Our waiter yesterday was not good! He reached across me to serve and retrieve dishes. When one of my friends asked, “ could you bring me some butter when you have time?”, before she even finished when you have gone, he replied something to the effect of “ in a minute”.
