Absolutely amazing food and service, I will be back for more delicious food
My husband and I have been going to carrabba's for years. Over the past year or so we found the quality of food and attentiveness of the waiters and waitresses go down hill. We use to love to go and enjoy the classiness of this restaurant but we failed to see and experience that yesterday. We found the restaurant to not be clean and less quality of food. Why is your margarita machine broken so frequently? Food just doesn't seem to be as good as when you first opened. Too many menu changes lately.
Really great service and the food was fresh and full of flavor
Normally I really like Carrabba's a lot, but last night at about 7:30 P.M. they were out of Minestrone soup. OUT! I'm vegetarian and there aren't that many choices anyway, so being OUT at supper time is inexcusable. A manager from another restaurant told me that people's eating habits change with Day Light Savings Time and the restaurant probably hadn't adjusted to that yet! Well, HEY! The families raviolis were rubbery and tasted microwaved my steak was under cooked and so tiny but the worse part was the small shrimp skewer wrapped in some prosciutto look alike, the garlic mashed potatoes were ok but not good for a carrabas restaurant. Never again for us 60+ could've been well spent somewhere else . Sorry
