Carrabba's used to be my favorite Italian restaurant. No more. They have gone way down hill. The last time I went, about 4 months ago, it wasn't a great meal, but I figured every place has an off night. I went again last night and it was the same. Overpriced, poor service, and the food definitely has gone downhill in the last year. There are other Italian restaurants that are much better, and more affordable.
I am continuously impressed with Carrabba's Italian Grill in Northeast Columbia. The quality of flavor is up there with any white table cloth restaurant. Everything is prepared that day, nothing frozen, and an open kitchen to boot so I can see whats going on with my food. The wood burning grill gives items, especially the fish (whether it be snapper, trout, mahi, halibut, or seabass), an extremely unique and lovely flavor.
