Waiter was rude and food was sour. Never coming back
We went on a Saturday and it was crazy busy. We had a wait of 50 minutes but while we were waiting, several staff members pasted by us and asked us if we were doing. Staff was polite and very great. Our waiter Phillip was excellent...he really made our dining experience wonderful. And the food was delicious! Can't wait to dine there again.
The hostess refused to seat me at open tables because they said someone could bump into my wheelchair. The manager came out and argued that this was for my safety so that no one would accidentally spill things on me.
It was fantastic. The food was awesome and the service was great also.
I had the most fantastic experience at Carrabbas tonight, thanks to Manager Joe and his lovely staff. This team caught wind that my house was broken into and subsequently took the best care of our table! Little did the staff know, they had made a very dark day much brighter! THANK YOU
took 30 min to get waited on, only 5 other booths had people, took another 45 to get food, portions small, and were not very tasty would NEVER go there again :(
Excellent food and service. I'm stuffed! .I will be having the leftovers for lunch.we will be coming back.
We have always loved Carrabba's, but they were horrible tonite!! Recently changing major dishes on menu, stingy with plain olive oil, Alfredo (Fettuccine Carrabba) was one sticky pasty clump with 5 shrimp and no peas and mushrooms, waiter accidentally poured part of wine on table. A concerned manager did comp the Alfredo and wine was replenished, even comped dessert. Fillet looked like 4 oz tops. But then ticket had to be sent back twice and took additional 30 min to get out of there!! May sadly be going elsewhere in the fut... read more
