Came from out of town and wanted to try a new restaurant. Upon dining , I took my kids to the restroom. It was completely gross & there was a needle tip(maybe insulin) kind on the counter . My daughter almost got stuck by it. I won’t get in complete details of the steps but I was immediately ready to go. I let a employee know and they blew me off and kept walking by. That was so rude but that just made me aware of how important thinks like needles etc really are to people. Even asked for a manager and never saw one .

Service was excellent, unfortunately the food was terrible had 4 bites and left the rest. The bread was good though. Will not be returning to any Carrabba in the future.
