Good food pleasant atmosphere friendly staff Not only Rochester - have enjoyed other locations
Traveling from out of town I thought I could get a quick meal at the bar. Guy manning the bar was obviously either drunk or having a medical emergency. He threw water on one of his friends and when I asked for silverware he gave me 7 sets. Forgot to place my order when finally the staff got the managers attention and got him out to take a break. The guy came back 39 minutes later and apologized but someone needs to make sure this guy is ok.
Walked 4PM in the afternoon many open seats, were seated right away and promptly ignored. Waited over 12 minutes for wait staff to acknowledge our presence. 5 staff members were hovering around the host station. We then got up stopped at the host station requested a manager, expressed our displeasure and departed. We then went to Texas Roadhouse and received EXCELLENT service.
Service was superb (Shawn ). Food outstanding! Wine quite good, too (imported Riesling) Will definitely be back
Food was great as usual but the remodel did make the booths pretty small
Very very good food and service !! Staff was friendly and helpful, manager let us use a coupon from internet. Second time here, can't wait to take my husband too oe closer to our house. 😋
My friend and I stopped in Friday night after the ballgame and fireworks at Frontier Field. Even though it was late, we were accommodated and able to order full meals and cocktails. The fettuccine and scallops were out of this world! My friend had the chicken Alfredo and said it was scrumptious! We ate at the bar due to the late hour and the two bartenders, David and Jarod, were not only attentive, but very entertaining and still full of vim and vigor at that late hour. Prices reasonable!
