Food was delicious,served was so sweet
Really good food, and atmosphere. The staff is attentive to the needs of the customer. Third knowledge of the menu also is a big plus
My husband had eggplant parmigiana and it was excellent
We’ve gone to Carrabas 3 times in the last month and it was amazing every single time. Which is why we keep going back 😂 the cooks are making the food perfectly and we’ve had the same server every time, Ashley. Ashley is super nice and fast! Our cups are always full and we always have everything we need
Today was quite an " adventure"... 4 of us ordered...waiter was very good, attentive...but, kitchen service was slow...food not acceptable...BUT, Mike, the chef, came to us, apologized, tried to correct what could be corrected, and then comped our meals!! He was wonderful: very apologetic, went beyond the expected, and was so nice. As a result of his stepping up and being so open/ reaching out...we surely WILL return! No one could have expected more... Thank you, Mike... you are a class act !!!

Chicken tenders were not cooked properly. GM has been notified and still have not heard anything back from them.

I went to Carabbas for a late lunch and our waiter was very attentive. He brought me refills before I could empty my glass! 🙂I ordered the chicken Marsala and added shrimp on top with extra Marsala sauce, mashed potatoes and a salad! The food came out in a very timely manner and it was cooked exactly the way I ordered. It was absolutely delicious. 😋For me personally the menu prices were reasonable.
