It's a shame that the service and food quality have gone down in the last year. We used to love going to Carrabba's but now it's usually a disappointment.

Very disappointed in the service tonight! We spent too much of our hard working money for nothing. First of all our server was disrespectful. The computers were down (which I understand that happens) however the server stated "do y'all have any where to be because ours computers are down and I don't want to have to hand write anything." It took us ONE hour to get Bread. We ordered appetizers and they were cold and soggy. No one apologized for the computer mix up nor did a manager even walk around to speak to the guest. This was our first visit in a while since we walked out several months ago because we were never acknowledged by waiter after being seated for 15 minutes. This visit wasn't much better but it was obvious they were just understaffed. It took way too long to get our food and my husband's lasagna was burnt! However, I tried the chicken Marsala which was very good but I'm pretty sure my husband will never want to take me back.
This place to me has the best Italian food in town and friendly staff and management that I have experienced in a good while.
