Ordered online tonight, but food was still not ready 30 minutes after the time promised. This had the potential to turn out really bad, but I appreciate that Carrabbas management made the decision to comp my order. Even though I had to ask for a "discount, " I appreciate them exercising great customer service! I'll be back! Thank you, #Carrabbas!
