It's my mother only favorite place. She left to go there for every occasion. Four is always great hospitality is amazing service is always on point. I never had a disappointment experience at this place. I highly recommend it
It was a bad night all around. We only waited 15 minutes to be seated, but after our drinks arrived, it was almost an hour until our food arrived. There was quite a mix up in the kitchen area, which made for chaos . My son's steak was not cooked to his liking, but he wouldn't send it back, with fear it would mean another long wait. one good thing for the night was I found out I like Blackberry Sangria.
I was very dissapointed with tonight. I understand it's Mothers day and busy but to make mothers wait over an hr for their food after eating our salad is dissapointing. Then to top it off we order the filet (medium) is comes back rare. We got to eat about 3oz of the 9oz filet. We should have sent it back but we did not have another hr to waist. I'm usually happy with Carrabas but they definitely ruined Mother's Day dinner for myself ,my wife and my mom.
Yesterday, the B team was working. Went in for a quick Mother's Day lunch with my Mom, husband and 2 kids. 2.5 hours later we left. Kids pizza that we ordered with our drinks took nearly an hour to come out. The restaurant had more empty tables then seated ones. We had to have someone locate our waitress twice. They could do much better..
I have not been the Carrabb's in a long time, and I feel like I've been missing out!!! It was great!!
Food was good. But the server was just not that interested in us. She needs a little more customer service training!!!! 🙁
We enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner. Shavonne took great care of us and brought delicious dessert. The food was hot and super tasty. The lentil and sausage soup should have it's own zip code. Thanks Carrabbas!
