I purchased my vehicle from Carr a few years ago and recently went in for my 60k service. They were flexible with my needs and Curtis gave helpful advice when I was selecting my new wheels and tires. The services didn’t take long and I feel I was given a reasonable price.
Fast service, they always explain the inspection thoroughly and there's no upsell pressure which I appreciate! Waiting area is quiet and clean as well.
This department did slip up on communication, but they did come through with correcting their mistake and provided good care at an affordable cost.
This center alone is turning a longterm customer away from Subaru. After finding a problem, they failed to mention the warranty for an identified part failure would be expiring. After I needed a couple weeks to fit my schedule better for this week long service, they tell me the warranty has now expired, the very day of its expiration, and slap an additional 2k on the bill.
