How can you call it “Express Service” for an oil change if it’s. 2-2.5 hour wait? Please offer appointment times so people don’t have to drive all the way there to find out it’s a 2+ hour wait. I left without an oil change or multipoint inspection. No interest in waiting for 2+ hours to get an oil change on a Saturday. Also, your service advisors are stressed. Friendly but stressed.
