They should not be in the parts business.... they are the nearest dealer to me, but every time I make the mistake to go to their shop I come away greatly disappointed. They have their parts associates behind a door and it seems like they like to interact with customers. They take forever to come out, look upset that they have to, don't (or can't) listen, their prices are not great, their stock is dismal. Ordered on line a pair of aero cross rails for roof rack for 2021 Subaru Forester None in stock. Carr Subaru ordered parts, sent me a notice that when the parts came in they would initiate an E mail to me to come pick up the parts A week went by. Heard nothing. I e mailed Carr Subaru asking where the parts were. About an hour later I received an e mail answer to my inquiry telling me that the parts were in. Went in with an almost flat tire. They got on it right away and while I was already there I had them do my oil change. They were done in about 90 min. Great service
