It's a shame when you pay your part of the Ins. and your Chair comes in.. Then they have to make an appointment for them to bring it out.. I can't even go pick it up.. They have to make sure something isn't wrong.. First I've Bern in a Chair for over 34 years and have bought several Chairs from them in wich one I only got wheels for the Chair I already had.. I guess I have to wait on their slow asses... $ 500..Not sure If It's worth it... The Chair I'm using have parts from SEVERAL chairs... Can't even go pick it up myself..

They tell me they are very busy and do not have any loaner wheelchairs available, I have waited on a call all week since I have no way to get around, Hopefully, I will receive call tomorrow(Monday.) Very frustrated at this point!!! Bad service Elizabeth Bohanan
Don't have a problem with Carr, love the W/C they got for our little one.
