Unfortunately I never had the chance to use Steven Carr for the job. I called Steven Carr Landscaping on April 27th, 2022 asking for an estimate to deliver and spread some mulch on my property. After about 3-weeks, he called and said he couldn't come over that day but didn't say when he could make it over. Never heard back. I had to call him two more times.
