Rude rude & rude. I went in as a new pool owner to figure out the basics and see what chemicals etc. I would need. I already had SOME chemicals, but I knew I would still need to buy some. I came in, wallet in hand, and waited in line. I explained my situation and the lady had the audacity to say, Well, since you didn t buy your products from us there really isn t anything I can do to help you unless you buy OUR products.
