We have old plumbing that requires regular maintenance, and have been very pleased with the service we get from Carr and Osborne. In particular we have a very old pull chain toilet that has required innovative solutions to keep working -- Stephen has been amazingly creative in coming up with fixes that other plumbers could not resolve.
The first of two plumbers to not get back with me after saying he could come last Friday. I don't have that many Plumbing issues and maybe I'm not a big enough (money) problem for them to fix or keep me posted on what's happening. Definitely would have to have a discount to change my mind about this terrible experience.
