I purchased a 2007 chevy cobalt from Carr auto and the salesman wasn’t bad However just after a month after purchasing the vehicle (well over market value) the car broke down in the middle of the road I then contact the salemans from Carr auto and was simply told that “ i would need to get it fixed myself” So hear I am a month after purchasing the vehicle with a $800+ repair bill. I’ve used Carr Auto Group for service for over 25 years. Also bought multiple cars ther over the years. Recently bought an Escalade and took it to Portland Cadillac for service several times. The service was ok but follow through was terrible and they don’t offer loaners. Went back to Carr for my most recent service and it is night and day better than PDX Caddy.
