We are a repair shop and a loyal customer to Carquest. They are always incredibly fast with their deliveries, and their service is consistently reliable. We would also like to shoutout to all of the amazing delivery drivers, but specifically Ivy & Ross, they truly are amazing. Always goes above and beyond, and makes sure we never have outstanding returns or cores needing to go back. Their attention to detail and positive attitude make such a difference, we love it when they're delivering our parts. Absolutely amazing team!
I visited this store today and had a disappointing experience with the woman at the counter. She was extremely unwelcoming and dismissive, which made the entire interaction unpleasant. I had hoped this location would be a convenient alternative to my usual store, but based on today’s experience, I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this store to anyone else.
Friendly and professional staff. Reasonable prices and hometown feeling.
