Horsfall Carquest is a great place to go, highly recommend. Their employee Zack makes sure all the customers needs are met and ensures quality care. When I was there he made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the right things, even helped me install my battery. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, he is the person you want to be dealing with!
10/10 experience. Called to check for parts, was assured they had them. Once I arrived, Zack had parts ready to go on front desk! Professional and easy going dude to deal with. Thanks again Zack! Will be in soon for more parts.
This place should be shut down with how rude the staff are
