Absolutely terrible. Their company car was in an accident that was caught on dash cam. They ran. No one there had an integrity to own up to it. The owner of the business has ignored my calls. I will never go there again.
Timely repairs. Decent AAA discount. Tried to sell me a new battery stating needed replacement. Declined as installed battery only two years old. Further testing off site confirmed battery in good condition. Saved $185.00. Disappointed in unnecessary replacement up sell advisory.
This past summer I was replacing my radiator in my Silverado and I called Carquest to see if they had one in stock. They said yes so I took it out to bring in for a core, and when I got there the one they had had different dimensions than mine. I was in a pickle because I needed my truck for work the next day and it was already 5:00PM. Donnie, the owner, immediately got on the phone, found me the right radiator, and brought it to my house! The machinist is an arrogant little man. Wouldnt own up to his f*ck up and passed the blame on. Incompetent little pr*ck. In any other industry you own your mistake and make it right, it’s my fault for thinking this loser could do a simple. This guy was trying to say drilling four 5/8th holes took him 2 hours and he still didn’t get them straight! Don’t worry we fixed it with a welder and a drill in a garage on a Sunday when this clown had a whole machine shop,
I went into auto store to get a new key fob battery. The employees refused to help me. When I was trying to figure it out on my own they talked to me with condensending tone like I was stupid. One of the employees then told me to take it to the dealership and I turned around and walked out. The bad attitude and unwillingness to help was enough for me to not want to do business. I'm not the type to leave poor online reviews but I felt disrespected. Never going there again
If you expect a company to honor their warranty, don't frequent Surefire Auto Parts. We had a battery they sold us die and they refused to honor the warranty. It will not hold a charge. They offered to charge it and it loses the charge immediately after installing it back into the vehicle. It was 2 months short of the warranty period -it's even written on the receipt! Don't trust them to honor what they say....they evidently won't.
I ask for Trojan t875 batteries which Trinity stated yes they are, then I asked him if they were 170 amp hour batteries and Trinity stated yes. When the batteries came in they were FVPs. A 2nd hand Trojan battery which was only rated 160amp hour. I was disappointed in getting the wrong batteries. It has been a nightmare in dealing with them. went to same location, Brian was very understanding, took back defective Alternator, gave me a refund and gave me back my core, he ordered a new one and adv me would be in on Tues 10/1... went back to store on Tues and Brian inspected new one with me and credited my core... installed new 13499A alternator and works great... will be shopping same location in future... have 3 others stores that are closer but I appreciate good service. Unbelievable! I stood at the counter for 5 minutes listening to the employees swearing and ranting and raving negative things about their company. The bell rang when I came in the store but they were yelling so loud that they didn't know I was there. I finely peaked around the counter and one of them that was fully reclined in his chair and didn't move a muscle spotted me and just rolled his eyes and said sarcastically "you have a customer".
