I visited this location on Saturday, 4/12, to have my windshield wipers replaced on my new truck. The sales person came outside to replace the wipers. As he was replacing the driver's side blade, he let the windshield wiper arm release and crack the windshield. I was told to contact the manager about the issue. After calling twice, I was told to contact my insurance for the repair and that the owner was on vacation and non-reachable.
