Yesterday, I needed to replace a car battery. I decided to try Carquest, to support a new business in town. My experience was lovely ! Sunny helped me by installing the new battery, with a smile, and such a great attitude. Her boss gave me a tip to avoid a check engine light because I live on a dirt road, and accumulate lots of silt in every crevice of my vehicle. I will return for future needs simply because I felt my business was valued, and dealing with the staff was sooo much nicer than O'Reilly's. Thank you , Carquest !
Sunny helped me from the first phone call to installing the battery, with a little help from another employee. Very nice place offering a multitude of services. Should make an appointment for auto services.
My truck broke down and one of their sales associate managed to get a technician to look at my truck and his diagnostic was spot on. I ended up buying the parts from this store and everyone was so helpful they made sure that I had everything I needed. Over all great service and great people.
