⭐☆☆☆☆ I called this store to ask about a part, and instead of helping, the person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They started lecturing me about their bad reviews and were not interested in answering my questions. Very poor customer service
I have been here thrice, all three time the staff was very rude and cold. Recently been here return something which they had wrong item with correct part number, I had a really time with receipt, next day from purchase and item not used, not even out from the plastic bag. I usually rely on Oshawa Carquest Auto, they seema very reasonable
5 stars for the team that was there on May 30th. I was stuck in the area due to a failed bearing on my trailer and when I showed up, they set up a cart for me to replace it on the spot and even provided shop towels! True gentlemen. Thanks guys!
A little pricey, but good place to get hardware and other items. Decent staff
