I was in need of assistance with my vehicle Friday afternoon of Memorial Holiday weekend. The services team at Honey Creek Auto Service were friendly and very helpful. They agreed to take a look and were able to resolve my issue very quickly! I can't express our appreciation for this help and I would not hesitate to take vehicle to them for future services needed.
I cannot attest to the service side, I have only stopped in for parts, but the experience was the same every time. I'm not sure what parts they stock, but it isn't much. I'm pretty sure I've never actually purchased anything because they never have anything. Almost everyone I've encountered there is rude as well. The last straw was when I was trying to same time (they were the closest to where I was living at the time) and hit them for some specialized bulk hose that Car Quest stocks. Fast friendly service even with a smile
This is the best garage I have ever taken my vehicles to, by far! The guy who runs it is extremely professional, friendly, and prompt. He doesn't try to do a bunch of additional unnecessary work just to make a few bucks. We were worried when we moved to Bargersville that we would have trouble finding a good place, but we feel like we have really lucked out.
