Overall....like most of the major suppliers...you have to shop around manufactured parts....Car Quest is one I frequently call....things have gone downhill for parts quality over the years but it seems to.be the same everywhere.... They sell Die Hard Batteries here...the staff have been graciously accepting my warranties Batteries as they seem to burn out excessively fast...unlike when I bought this brand years ago....this winter ive gone through 3...bought the Platinum top of the line too....It screams Made in Mexico now...... read more
Its staff could benefit from a biz course in polite and respectful communication with customers.
This place...SUCKS!! One guy, serving even when few ppl waiting, while Driver ( useless for help!) Sits beside the One guy, serving a Lineup, playing on the phone, knows Nothing! Never go There again!! ( on , Kingsway....Old LCBO bldg.)
I had some issues with a used starter I purchased for my car. The issues only became apparent after the part was installed on the vehicle. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thanks
