Great customer service is hard to come by these days, especially at a car parts store. I have always had a decent experience shopping at Advance Auto, but last week’s visit was exceptional. The 2 employees were very helpful as I was shopping for an o-ring replacement part. The gentleman took time to make sure the part would fit & the lady was helpful & courteous. Their choice to show me, the customer, attention & guidance is rare but much appreciated. The part fit & works as I had hoped. Thanks Advance Auto W. Main Street!
Very helpful with a battery replacement, saved the day and was so nice the whole time. Totally recommend!!
I believe this store is only still open because they kept a lot of commercial accounts from when it was Spartan Automotive. I have been here a few times and they are very slow. They close earlier than other stores. Always seem to be short staffed. Please sell this old building to a company that can properly utilize the location.
