When I came the company I had already been having a bad day. I spoke with the manager of the Broadway location about a refund on a car charging jump box, she explained to me that they did not do refunds which made my day even worst. Dispute me having a terrible attitude the ladies were extra kind to me. She actually did more than she was required to. Kia Parks, and Likithe Washington assisted me above and beyond. Thank you so much ladies. They were amazing so professional, displayed self control and desirve a promotion.
