Incompetent and useless. The two words I'd use to describe my experience here. After having to endure listening to this woman tell me about how she grew up in her dad's shop and all this blah blah blah blah blah she sells me the wrong fuel filter for a truck. I didn't need to use the filter when I got it, I bought it To have handy when the time came to use it. Low and Behold that day came And would you believe it was the wrong filter. My family and I had an amazing experience at this store. Joe Talamantes and his employees went far beyond in helping us when our car broke down at their store. They diagnosed the issue got us the part and found us a reliable mechanic to get us back on the road. I would rate this store higher if I could.
