The parts counter dude went out of his way to find a part for me at a competitor, when they didn't have it in stock or carry it. Very helpful and friendly
Came in for the first time today, and after a recommendation from my neighbor and all the nice reviews I see here, I'm left quite disappointed. They did a free diagnostic on my accessory battery (2012 Prius,) which I appreciate, but then the sales lady tried to sell me the wrong replacement. It was not the same size/shape as the original, which gave me pause, so I asked "are you sure this is the right battery, even though it's a different size?" She immediately says "Yes, the computer says right here that its the right one!"... read more
