Needed a quick fix for a seal on the windshield of my car and was met with a super helpful and awesome customer service rep named Austin. He squared me away quickly and talked to me like we had known each other for years. Super professional and would highly recommend anyone to ask for Austin if he is working in the store if you stop by.
Needed an item quickly and was glad to see the store offered order pickup with availability within 30 minutes. I placed my order at 6:54 pm, and the posted closing time was 8:00 pm. I arrived at 7:45 pm, but the doors were already locked and staff were counting the registers. If the store closes earlier than posted, you need to update your hours or have a cutoff time for pickup.
They come in clutch with the weird parts that Orileys and Autozone don’t have.
I was put on hold for about 5 minutes then the lady just hung up. Won't be going to that store anymore.
