Saved me a lot of headaches over the years. Have let me borrow tools as long as I stay in the parking lot! Bought a battery and then swapped it myself after the gym. Have used them over the years and have always had great service. The only downside are the prices being high but it's a trade off for convenience and not having to go to Walmart/wait for something off Amazon or eBay.
I brought my car in because the battery was dead, and I needed a simple battery replacement. My car uses a regular, non-hybrid battery, but the staff refused to replace it without giving me a real explanation. The person I spoke to was a bigger guy with glasses, and he was dismissive and unhelpful the entire time. I left frustrated and disappointed because I expected basic customer service and got none. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for honest or reliable help.
