I was 3.5 hours away from home when I had an epic meltdown with a brake pad and rotor. I limped my car into the parking lot and went inside to buy the tools and parts I would need for the repair. My battery died and after my neighbor used jumper cables I drove to Advanced Auto Parts in Ephrata and had friendly professional service. A shout out to Michael for being so helpful with purchasing the battery and then installing it.
Customer service is terrible and will get frustrated with you very quickly.
