Customer service is terrible and will get frustrated with you very quickly.
I needed to have my windshield wipers replaced. They were super helpful and friendly. I was in and out in about 5 minutes! They replaced the wipers for free.

Employees are fine, but for a big chain that specializes in auto parts, their prices are high. You can do better on oil and filters at Walmart.
