I had a battery die suddenly on a Sunday afternoon the day before leaving on a 2 week vacation. I called here and they took me right in and replaced my battery. While replacing it he discovered I didn't have a tie down for the battery. He helped me figure out what to do... Then he found most of it in my car... Where a precious installer from another company had put it... And not replaced itlike they should. He found a piece that would make the tie down work and installed it.
