Best customer service in town bar-none. Came in this past Sunday for an alternator. Megan and alijah were top tier. She ended up helping me for 2 hours. On top of being slammed while I was there. She never made me feel less important than the next customer. Took time to help her coworker, alijah was amazing with every customerhe had as well. I watched her make each one of us a priority. In the end, found out it was my battery. Those two saved me a ton of money. Earned a new customer Advance, you got it right hiring her.
Great service and friendly and helpful
Megan installed a battery today on my 2019 Honda Pilot. She and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me on my way again quickly. I highly recommend this Advance Auto location. Thanks for making this easy!
I recently had to run into this store for my boyfriend. The first employee i approached couldn't figure out what i was asking for, but he grabbed his coworker before i left. That woman went way beyond customer service. She could see i was frustrated, understood my attitude and confusion. She took her time with me since I couldn't contact my bf at work.
