Amazing experience today with this place. Megan at this store went absolutely above and beyond! We had sudden electrical problems with our vehicle while traveling through nearby on a Sunday. She was able to get us a great price on a battery over the phone, and have her very nice husband drive it over to where we were stranded and help replace it at no charge. Saved the day for us. Faith in humanity reaffirmed. Thanks again, Megan!
Best customer service in town bar-none. Came in this past Sunday for an alternator. Megan and alijah were top tier. She ended up helping me for 2 hours. On top of being slammed while I was there. She never made me feel less important than the next customer. Took time to help her coworker, alijah was amazing with every customerhe had as well. I watched her make each one of us a priority. In the end, found out it was my battery. Those two saved me a ton of money. Earned a new customer Advance, you got it right hiring her.
