Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had in a parts store.
I had problems with a new battery that had been installed in Florida. The manager of this store tested the battery and alternator for me. He was incredibly helpful, recognized that the battery did not have enough power for my car and took action to replace it. He credited me with what I spent in FL and I got a bigger battery at minimal cost. Fabulous service, I highly recommend this shop!
Today Hakeem took the extra time and care to replace my battery, and kindly did the extra work my car required to complete it - even in the heat and rain! Appreciate the work and will be back for any future needs!
