This is my favorite store. Now its not. Got employees talking about customers this and that. I bet none of them even know more than me. I don't like being disrespected, I only shop at advance auto. Not auto zone or O'REILYS. so from now on I just won't shop at this advanced. I don't associate myself with disrespectful individuals. Keep talking behind their backs. Cause you cant speak the truth to someone face. Not trustworthy characteristics.

Shout out to Zack at Advance Auto Parts at 1744 Fordham Blvd.! Not only did he sell me a quart of oil, but also he put it in my car and took the time to patiently show me how to check my oil level in the future. It turns out a 2015 Mini Cooper doesn't have a dip stick but a computer reading instead. Thank you again, Zack! You saved the day, and I drove away with peace of mind.
We stopped at Advance Auto Parts in Chapel Hill on a rainy evening to purchase windshield wipers. Angel was the staff member who assisted us. He was very friendly, polite, and was extremely helpful. He even helped to install my new wipers in the rain.
Great customer service. I bought a battery and wipers. They didn’t charge the core charge ($22) and gave me an additional 10% off “as a courtesy). They installed both items quickly, no charge. All around a good experience."
