There was only one cashier in the store for hours, and this happens everytime I go in. The wait is absolutely unacceptable.
I had such a great experience at Carquest in Helena, MT. The manager went above and beyond to help me out—not once, but twice! First, I was trying to get a dent out of my mom’s car, and he not only sold me the right suction tool, but also took the time to explain how to use it and what he thought would work best. Then he helped me track down the right spark plug for my dad’s old mower after another store had sold him one meant for a vehicle.
