I have always had excellent help from the knowledgeable staff at Carquest
Had parts "ordered" to the store with a employee after I came back the next day they hadn't even placed the order. Waste of a day.
December 12, 2024 around 4:30 pm, I went to Carquest, after a few employee told me they were great and I had a horrible experience earlier that day with O'Reilly about a burnt out tail light, in which O'Reilly wanted me to take my vehicle to a shop because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my light. Anyways the gentleman that waited on me was very professional and pleasant to deal with changed out my tail light bulb as I was telling him my horror story. I was there month and a half ago on Saturday when every truckstop said no to Me as a Canadian I have to wait two days there but these guys really help me and even lend me some of their tool to fix my truck really really great customer service
