Today is may 29th and its officially been 27 days since car has been bought (paid in full. Dmv fees included) . No title No hard plates. No phone call. No updates. Temp tags expire in less than 5 days. Just keep getting told "its going to get done today" for it not to be done.
There online site is not right. They only do cash payments and no finance. The website is misleading
I was really skeptical about coming here because of the reviews I read and everyone has their own experience. However, I am thankful that I gave them a chance. Mike was super helpful, kind, patient, and answered all my questions. He didn’t rush me and let me take my time with the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and understood this would be my daughter’s first vehicle. If you are looking to buy a used car, please give them a try and speak with Mike.
If I could do 0 STARS I would too! We called at 10am on Sat April 18th and spoke with Malik that stated the car we were interested in looking at was available, and he would hold it while we traveled two hours from Richmond to see it! We went by our bank, got cash and drove to Norfolk! When we arrived the car was not on the lot, they informed us it was being inspected, and on the lift of the garage! Absolutely beware! Mike was great however after taking the car to a mechanic and finding out the engine was filled with sludge and was on the verge of needing an engine replacement I went back for a refund. The owner was happy to tell me there would be a $500 restocking fee due to the 30 day warranty and temp tags provided. Car wasn't off the lot but 2-3 hours.
