This should be the name of this business! Came by to give estimate which was cheap. However, I guess it was too cheap for them to waste their time. Kept promising to come by to do the job, then never showed or called. When reached, they offered silly excuses for not showing then rescheduled but still never showed up. They finally called weeks after we found someone else!
