I've always hated buying carpet, because it always wore out, or got wrinkled, or just wouldn't come clean. We spent all that money and it always disappointed me. That was BEFORE we went to Otto's. The salesman at Otto's gave me good advice picking out the carpet, and when I really liked one that wouldn't wear good he TOLD me so, rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear and making an easy sale.
