I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about my experience with Mike and his crew! We had someone come "clean" our carpets before we moved into our new home. They did a terrible job. I reached out Mike in tears because we were supposed to move in the very next day and the house reeked of wet dog. He called me back and was at my home with a crew within hours. He literally saved the day! They could have nickeled and dimed me, but he was SUPER reasonable, even with my emergency need. I would give 100 stars if I could.
Mike came in today and did an excellent job on our carpet throughout the house. He was very professional while in our home. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

He did such an amazing job on my hardwood flooring! Our area rugs look brand new as does the carpeting upstairs! So professional and the prices are great. He walks you through the process and gives you a quote. We will never use anyone other than Carpetmaster. Fantastic experience!
