My whole experience with Carpetland was great! Lisa was wonderful - very knowledgeable and I liked her right away. She made great suggestions and helped me decide on the right pad and had us scheduled for installation quickly! Phil and Karl did a fabulous job installing! Prompt, hard working, knowledgeable, quick, and tidy!! The carpet looks amazing 😃 Thanks so much!!

We were so pleased with our experience in dealing with Carpetland:) We worked with Toni who was our salesperson, she helped us choose a carpet that would work well meeting our family’s needs. She was so friendly and more than helpful!!! Then we had the installers come which were friendly, fast, efficient and experienced:) We will definitely be a repeat shopper and make recommendations to others as well. Love the service and we love our carpet....
Carpetland, Waterloo, IA did a whole house project for me. The installation was terrible. The worst being the wood vinyl floors through most of the main floor. The installers did not shave enough off the floor joists and my house now looks like a roller coaster. Their were other issues with stairs and carpet as well. I contacted the manager and he did come and look at it twice, but did nothing about it. I am tired of fighting with them. Their customer service is very bad!
