We stopped to look at hard surface flooring along with carpet. Sara was in our home that afternoon to do measurements. She was extremely knowledgeable about all their products, making sure we were getting exactly was suited our family. The installers were incredible and professional. I highly recommend Carpetland USA Sycamore. Our new home looks AMAZING!
Got carpet installed. Brand new carpet had flaws in it. Have to wait for new carpet to be ordered. Prob looking close to 2 weeks for new carpet. Then damaged new carpet will have to be removed before new carpet can be installed. Asked for some type of compensation for this fiasco and was told no. I would think they would try to keep their customers happy!! After spending several thousand dollars this is what I get!!
Got new carpet not too long ago from Carpetland in dekalb... Carpet is already shredding in two places... Been dealing with Carpetland before the holidays giving them time to have their holiday... Holidays over and I'm getting the run around and not happy...
There are so many choices (which is a good thing) but it is also very overwhelming. Scott Morris made the process so wonderfully smooth!! I highly recommend working with him- he knew more about flooring choices than I knew were even possible! I'll definitely go to Carpetland if I have any future projects!
I stopped by to schedule a time for an estimate and Jessica was in my home 2 hours later! Talk about fast service!
Jessica did a great job of helping us match our carpet colors to our existing carpet in another room. She was very knowledgable about the padding and explained the differences between them. She recommended we use a protector pad since we have children which we chose to do. Overall we were very please with her and would use Carpetland again. Thank you Jessica
Couldn't be more happier with the work and looks of our new carpet throughout. The installers were very pleasant and great to work with, Great Job Carpetland.
