I highly suggest you stear away from Carpetland, I have had nothing but trouble with my purchase. The sales Rep David was extreamly nice and helpful. My problem has been with the installation. They have been back 3 times to correct there mistakes, now were on the 4th try. Came yesterday and said they would be back today havent seen anyone or not even a call to let me know what was going on. Just got carpet installed and I've had the manager out here three times to fix places. They seamed horribly and the manager says the one in my bedroom is a good seam when you can clearly see a line of worn down carpet and he can't do anything but fix the hallway and doorways. I'm getting tired of dealing with this nightmare.
Poor customer service, uneducated floor staff, unorganized, and unprofessional! Buyers beware! This review is for the Plantation Road store in Roanoke.
They did my floor in September it lasted until December. They sent installer to look at it. It must have been tougher than expected. I have yet to receive any word two months later. This was at the Martinsville VA store.
