We had a great experience when with Carpetland in Milford. We purchased vinyl plank flooring that was delivered and expertly installed within just a couple of weeks. Ricky Wooton, our sales rep, was accommodating and responsive. We are really glad we made the choice to buy from him.
Being in the services industry myself for some time, it takes an experience beyond the ordinary to get me to write a review. However a recent visit to Carpetland in Milford introduced me to a sales rep Dylan that reminded me of what quality service used to be in the past. Great customer service throughout the whole process from Dylan Schaefer. Great follow up as well. Installers were efficient and very clean
We love our stair carpet! Dylan was incredible to work with and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to help us and is great at his job!
We needed to recarpet our upstairs and stairs so we decided to look at Carpetland right before they were closing for the evening. We were helped by Dylan, who didn’t mind that it was almost closing time. He was very thorough super nice and made our whole experience, simple and easy from selecting a color to installation.
